VITA Project Objectives

VITA aims at the ICT-aided validation of learning outcomes focused on service orientation in different, more or less informal learning contexts in and around schools, higher education institutes, the workplace and in adult learning contexts.

It will contribute to an evidencing of those competences and learning outcomes that are of fundamental importance in the service economy and that are acquired to a large extent in non-formalised learning contexts.

With its cross-cutting approach over different, more or less formalised educational sectors (school education, HE, VET and AE) VITA will contribute to a higher variability of learning pathways and eventually to a better matching of learning contents and individual learning styles. Documentation and evidences will be provided in a specific VITA-ePortfolio.
